Here's How It Works

Step 2
Pick your preferred day and time.
*If you are a new patient, please select either a Tuesday or Friday for your appointment.
**If scheduling IV therapy as a couple or group, you will need to select adjacent times (one time slot for each person).
Step 3
Book your appointment.
Step 4
Fill out our health intake form.
A health intake form will be emailed to you. This intake form will need to be completed prior to your appointment.
*If intake form is not completed with sufficient time for our medical staff to review, appointment may need to be rescheduled or cancelled. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
