Cancellation Policy

We get it. Stuff happens .

 

We understand that there are times when things come up. However, failing to call and reschedule, or cancel, your appointment denies other clients the ability to book their own appointment.

IV Therapy Appointments: Cancellations with less than a 3-hour notice will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged a $100 fee to the card on file.

Functional Wellness Appointments: Cancellations with less than a 24-hour notice will be charged a $50 fee to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged a $100 fee to the card on file. 

​

Pediatric Appointments: Cancellations with less than a 48-hour notice (2 business days) will incur a cancellation fee ($100 - new patients, $50 - existing patients) to the credit card on file. No-shows will be charged a $150 fee to the card on file. 

**If an appointment is cancelled by our staff due to an incomplete health intake form, the cancellation fee applies. 

Late Arrivals

We understand that delays may occur and our goal is to keep our services running on time.

 

Should you arrive more than ten minutes past your scheduled appointment time, we may not be able to serve you. (but we will try our best to accommodate you) If we are unable to reschedule you, a late cancellation fee may apply.  

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services rendered or products sold at Hyper Health.
